The Honda Prelude is no longer being manufactured by Honda Motor
corp. This particular model stopped being made in 2001. The last of 5 generations of cars was the Base and SH models.
Both makes featured the H22a4. This engine has become famous in the Honda crowd due to the Vtec feature in the engine.
Before the 5th generation Prelude was the 4th generation. This Prelude was the only style Prelude that had a different shape than the box style bodies of all the other generations. This Prelude featured more rounder curves and more aero dynamic build. This one came with the H22a1 also the H23a1, or F22 single cam engine. In different parts of the world they did have different variations of these motors. Some featured more power, or less power, but all average around the same in power.
